What is Luxentiv’s Return Policy? At Luxentiv, we aim for nothing less than your total satisfaction. If you’re not absolutely pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their pristine condition, unworn and with all original tags attached. Please note, "Final Sale" items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

How do I initiate a return or exchange? To start a return or exchange, simply visit our Returns Center. Enter your order number and email, select the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the prompts to print your shipping label. Drop off your package at any designated carrier location.
